My name is Steve Skrocki, and I am honored to serve as your current Spring Township Tax Collector. With over 28 years living in our community, this township is truly my home, and I care deeply about the people who live here.
I bring experience that matters — I am the only candidate who is a Certified PA Tax Collector, which means I have the training and qualifications to handle this important responsibility with accuracy, transparency, and professionalism. I also bring 32 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer managing a $325 million budget, and I have a distinguished record of sound and responsible financial leadership.
Beyond my role as Tax Collector, I stay closely involved in our community. I am active in the Spring Township Rotary Club, Spring Township Lions Club, Meals on Wheels, and I’ve had the privilege of coaching youth sports over the years. Service is at the heart of everything I do.

Components of my customer-focused service include assisting taxpayers with property assessment appeals, applying for the homestead/farmstead exemption, submitting documentation for the PA Property Tax and Rent Rebate program, helping veterans with filing for tax exemptions, and house calls for the homebound.
